Principal responsibilities

E2E system mind set (A comprehensive look at the problem);
Communication skill: Advanced/Fluent English skill covering oral, writing, and reading English, is needed as need to work with global team/vendor in daily work tasks;
High level of task ownership and task management, multiple-tasks handling ability;
Good coordinator and good team player;
High self-learning ability and initiative, clear logical and overall organized thinking;
Be proactive and responsible;
Have strong understanding and ability of troubleshooting problem solving;
Potential shift working (Dayshift Nightshift) to serve global business location;
Willing to do production support by roster.
