Principal responsibilities

Handle user requests and manage production incidents, ensuring timely updates and clear communication with end users.Proactively monitor production systems, ensuring monitoring tools align with operational requirements, and implement improvements to enhance their efficiency.Lead investigations and troubleshoot issues, working collaboratively or independently, while coordinating with other support teams and external vendors as needed.Document issues comprehensively and escalate to higher support levels when necessary.Identify risks and opportunities in daily operations, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks and enhance efficiency.Oversee production incident management, ensuring the accuracy of incident data and facilitating Post-Incident Review meetings across regions.Perform problem resolution, conduct testing, and deploy fixes to production environments.
