**Process Overview***
The GIS Identity & Access Management team is responsible for providing timely and secure access provisioning services across the organization’s enterprise systems. The team ensures user access is granted based on fully approved Access Request Management (ARM) tickets, adhering to established compliance standards. It also handles related queries and escalations through IT Service Management (ITSM) channels to support seamless onboarding and role enablement.
**Job Description***
APS Analyst shall be responsible for working on administering user ID application access and protecting information residing on Bank’s domain and platforms. The analyst will facilitate requests with Lines of Business in the Bank to ensure the access requests are performed to meet process SLO.
We are looking for a skilled IAM Engineer with hands-on experience in application provisioning and de-provisioning, with a strong focus on automation using python. The candidate will support identity lifecycle processes, enhance operational efficiency through scripting, and ensure compliance with internal access management policies. Also, provides consulting expertise to line managers on productivity issues, analyzes operational impact in the business brought by the project parameters.
**Responsibilities***
+ Manage end-to-end application user Provisioning and De-Provisioning processes for both on-premises and cloud-based systems.
+ Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline IAM processes and reduce manual intervention.
+ Integrate IAM tools with target systems/applications for automated provisioning using APIs or connectors.
+ Monitor provisioning jobs and troubleshoot issues related to failed or delayed account actions/revocations.
+ Document automation workflows, provisioning logic, and technical configurations.
+ Participate/drive efforts towards automation through implementation of straight through processing.
+ Engage with peers and cross-functional teams to derive tactical solutions.
+ Defend decisions/positions with fact-backed information analytics.
+ Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies, process improvements & automations.
+ Review and monitor the process for risk evaluation and reduction along with audit readiness/regulatory requirements.
**Requirements***
**Education*** :BE/BTECH/MCA/MSC (IT) equivalent (Any Technical Degree)
**Certifications If Any** : ITIL, MCP, Security+, CISA/CISM
**Experience Range*** :3-5 years
**Foundational skills***
+ A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management domain is required.
+ Strong understanding of Identity Access Management architecture, technologies, and standards
+ Experience with Role Base Access Controls, Active Directory, ARS Tools, mainframe systems.
+ Understanding of multiple platforms, (Windows, Mainframe & Midrange)
+ Good Scripting or automation tools knowledge (Python, RPA (UiPath), VBA)
+ Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
+ Must be able to engage and leverage teams and business partners to efficiently deliver business solutions.
+ Must be able to identify, analyze and address problems to resolve issues whenever possible in way that minimizes negative impact and risk to the organization.
+ Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding.
+ Tableau (intermediate skills such as running reports, downloading material, report engineering)
**Desired skills**
+ Strong experience in identity lifecycle management
+ Hands-on experience in Python for automation.
+ Experience in REST APIs, MFA, one of IAM solutions such as: CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt
+ Familiarity with AD, LDAP, Azure AD, and SSO technologies
+ Advanced skills in Excel for reporting and analytics
+ Strong stakeholder management and presentation abilities.
