Senior Software Engineer
**CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Software Engineer opening for our client in Rochester, MN.** **Location:** Remote **Duties:** + Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath technologies + Build and deploy Document Understanding automations to streamline document processing workflows + Develop automations utilizing UiPath Agentic AI capabilities to enhance process intelligence and decision-making + Collaborate with team leads, analysts, and developers to deliver high-quality, maintainable automation solutions + Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for existing and new automations + Work closely with solution architects to analyze requirements and design scalable automation frameworks + Configure automation environments for optimal reliability and performance + Implement robust error handling, logging, and exception management mechanisms + Ensure seamless production deployment and integration with existing enterprise systems + Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of automation standards and best practices **Skills:** + Strong hands-on proficiency with UiPath platform, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Document Understanding + Familiarity with UiPath Agentic AI and other AI/ML-driven automation capabilities + Skilled in integrating automation solutions with APIs, databases, and third-party systems + Proficient in scripting languages and low-code/no-code platforms + Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills + Strong communication and collaboration abilities **Experience:** + 5+ years of experience in automation design, architecture, and development + Proven track record delivering RPA solutions using UiPath in enterprise environments + Experience in automation projects within the healthcare domain highly desirable + Background in documenting automation architectures, workflows, and system integration patterns + Experience mentoring automation developers and promoting best practices + UiPath certification preferred **Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $40.00/hour to $47.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
