Senior Software Engineer
**About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced performance engineer to contribute to the performance of high-profile software business solutions using performance testing tools like LoadRunner. In this role, you will play a key part in driving technical excellence and innovation, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing products that align with both business objectives and customer needs. **In this role, you will:** + Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments + Contribute to large scale planning of strategies + Design, script, and performance test for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments + Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures + Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals + Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff **Required Qualifications:** + 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education + 4+ years of experience in performance testing tools including LoadRunner / VUGen. + 3+ years of experience in Data Base Technologies such as Oracle or Mongo DB. + 3+ years of experience in performing deep dive analysis using monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, OVPM, ITRS, Grafana + 2 +years of experience in Jenkins, EPLX, and Harness. + 2+ years of experience in Cloud Implementation (Azure, Kubernetes, Google, or PCF). **Desired Qualifications:** + 2+ years of experience in Agile working environment such as Scrum or Kanban. + 2+ years of experience in Rest API. + 3+ years of experience in network, service, and data virtualization + Knowledge about Git/GitHub and uDeploy + Knowledge about Stored procedure using Oracle. + Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and products. **Job Expectations:** + This position offers a hybrid work schedule + This role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
