Location: This role will be hybrid with onsite responsibilities to Mesa, Arizona office.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong experience in full-stack development, particularly with Node.js, MSSQL, TypeScript, and React. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that power our core products and services.

You Will:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and MSSQL
Write clean, efficient, and testable code following modern engineering best practices
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define and implement new features
Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to less-experienced team members
Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure the reliability and performance of our systems
Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile development processes
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues across the stack
Must Have's:
5+ years of professional software development experience
Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and MSSQL
Strong understanding of full-stack application architecture and RESTful APIs
Experience working in modern development environments with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Nice To Have's:
Experience with GraphQL, including Apollo Server and Apollo Client
Familiarity with Material UI and component-based UI development
Experience using React Hook Form for form handling and validation
Understanding of Redis for caching or session management
Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and cloud services
