Minimum requirements:
Matric Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or Software Development will be beneficial  5-10 years in real-time software development role Experience in delivering successful software application projects and managing development teams is required  Warehouse and Supply Chain knowledge Own reliable transport and valid driver's license Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of software engineers on client projects and internal initiatives Write high-quality, maintainable code aligned with industry and company standards Provide technical oversight, mentorship, and training to junior developers Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders to deliver features on time Engage directly with clients to understand requirements and demonstrate solutions Ensure solution architecture aligns with project goals and overall platform design Contribute to problem-solving efforts and continuous improvement
