About the role & team
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Front-End Developer to join our team at GEN. If you thrive on creating dynamic, user-friendly web content and are eager to work with best-in-class technologies, we’d love to hear from you.
Objectives:
Develop and implement new user-facing features that enhance the overall user experience.
Ensure the technical feasibility and optimization of UI/UX designs.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code to support scalable development.
Maintain and improve existing web content to ensure a seamless user experience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders.
Innovate and introduce new methods to boost efficiency and streamline processes.
Competencies
Front-End Development Experience (Brings at least 2 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, demonstrating practical application of modern web technologies and best practices).
HTML & CSS Proficiency (Skilled in writing semantic HTML and implementing responsive, accessible designs using advanced CSS styling techniques).
JavaScript Expertise (Possesses a solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and applies best practices for writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code).
Asynchronous Programming (Competent in managing asynchronous data flows using modern JavaScript techniques such as promises and async/await, ensuring smooth user experiences).
Version Control with Git (Familiar with Git version control, including branching, merging, and collaborating through pull requests in a team development environment).
React Experience (Preferred) Experience working with React to build dynamic, component-based user interfaces is considered a significant plus.
Object-Oriented Programming Familiarity (Understands basic Object-Oriented Programming principles and is capable of writing class-based code where appropriate).
