Position Overview
Join the Private, Personal, & Digital Banking Technology Team at CIBC and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital banking. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced financial services environment, contributing to the development of a comprehensive digital banking platform for CIBC US. This platform will serve both private wealth and personal clients, focusing on delivering best-in-class User Experience (UX), functionality, and services.
In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in modern software engineering practices and cloud technologies to design and deliver innovative solutions that solve complex business problems and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Development:
Design and deliver solutions using modern software engineering practices and cloud technologies.Write and debug code for product features, adhering to coding standards and best practices.Implement test automation and configure telemetry to enhance operational resilience.Collaboration:
Partner with stakeholders to gather feature requirements and incorporate feedback.Collaborate with security, engineering, and product teams to define software solutions that meet customer needs.Contribute to solution architecture and designs to ensure scalability, performance, and security.Continuous Improvement:
