Additional Requirements

Deep industry knowledge on Life Insurance and related technologies. Must have experience in programming (any programming language), system architecture and solutioningTotal overall experience of 13+ with a minimum of 2-5 years of Insurance technology solution and Architecture experience Experience working in large, complex, corporate business and technology programsExtensive hands-on experience designing all tiers of the solution architecture.Experience on emerging technologies and tools using AI/ML. Engineering and solution level knowledge on models, governance, security.Previous experience working in a regional office environment and working with APAC countries, in a highly matrixed organization.Effective engagement and alignment of IT with Executive sponsors and Business StakeholdersEffective in discussing complex problems and solutions with Developers and Senior Executives alike.  Able to give presentations to large groups of listeners and lead discussions to drive to a final decision or outcome.Language: The ability to effectively conduct business in English and any other Asian languages is an added benefit 

Tertiary level qualifications in Engineering/Business/Finance or Management. Equivalent skills and experience will also be considered
