Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for software professionals to join our Industrial Automation Digital Organization. The role requires to be part of a team with experience on DevOps environment with focus on software lifecycle automation, Build and Release management and CI/CD. Posi-tion will primarily focus on engineering modern and agile environments, using various DevOps & Automation Tools to help with Application Lifecycle ManagementThe work model for the role is : #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to Process Automation business for Process Automation Digital division based in Bangalore Southfield, India•\tKnowledge of Recent Standard Development Platforms for Web Application Devel-opment•\tExtensive experience on establishing a suitable DevOps channel across the plat-forms•\tExperience on setting up a continuous build environment to speed up software de-velopment and deployment process•\tParticipate in Requirement Gatherings as required•\tParticipate in design discussions, Documentation and reviews with ABB team as needed•\tWork closely with ABB project manager for deliverables and milestones identifica-tion and tracking.•\tReport to technical lead/manager on daily activities planned, expected deliverables and reports as defined for the projectPrimary Skills : C# Fundamentals & Advance features/ Coding guidelines, .Net Standard & FrameworkSecondary Skills: Angular 5-8, Material Framwork & HTML5Additional: .NetCore, C#, WebAPI & Entity Framework Core (Databases), Azure de-ployment, Service fabric & KubernetesScrum master experience in 2 projects

Qualifications for the role

\tShould have experience in developing solutions and successfully taking on complex technical problems and higher responsibilities. \tShould demonstrate innovation in processes followed and/or solutions delivered and encouraged it within the team.\tSuccessfully deliver solutions and in complex customer system landscapes\tAdhere to processes, defined software development methodologies and best practices within the team. \tDeliver in predictable timelines and with predictable quality Development\tKnowledge of Microsoft Azure, and familiarity with other cloud platforms and concepts\tExperience on setting up a continuous build environment to speed up software devel-opment and deployment process\tGood experience on application containerization concepts and tooling (e.g. Dock-er/Docker Swarm, Kubernetes)\tGood knowledge of various virtualization, Language, Database & Test technologies
