Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. + 8+ years or more of software development experience + 5+ years or more of experience in designing and developing Web API and Micro services + 3+ years of leading high performing teams + C#.Net, AWS, Understanding of High-Level Design and Low-level Design, Unit Testing, HTML/CSS, Angular or React + Hands-on experience in Web API, AWS Batch, Aurora Postgres Serverless v2 and Python + Developing AWS Batch jobs with Aurora Postgres Serverless v2 and Python + Working knowledge on testing framework using NUnit / Xunit, Typescript, Object Oriented Programming, HTML5, CSS3. + Designing, developing, deploying and maintaining software at scale. + Deploying software using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GoCD, Azure Devops etc. + Deploying and maintaining software using public clouds such as AWS or Azure. + Working within an Agile framework (ideally Scrum) + Strong understanding and/or experience in many of the following, + Deep expertise on unit testing and end to end testing in backend end development. + Deep expertise in converting product features into technical and delivering on time. + Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as {{Git / Mercurial / SVN/TFS}}. + Experience writing API proxies on platforms such as Apigee Edge, AWS API Gateway or Azure API Gateway + Debugging and maintaining code Repo in GitHub. + Must demonstrate solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals like data structures and algorithms. + Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints + Passion for technology and an eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment + Demonstrated leadership on small to medium-scale projects impacting strategic priorities **Posting Dates:** Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
