About the role:

We're looking for a Fullstack Senior Software Engineer to significantly impact our core business on the programmatic marketplace. The marketplace engineering team develops intricate platforms that facilitate the buying and selling of out-of-home (OOH) media. Our work encompasses a transactional marketplace, for both advertisers seeking to connect with target demographics, and media owners managing their extensive digital screen networks.

In this role, you're instrumental in designing and developing robust, full-stack solutions for our advertising partners and media owner networks. You'll take ownership of projects from concept to deployment and deliver high-quality features by leveraging Python APIs and modern web frameworks. You'll work autonomously, while also collaborating closely with Product Managers, QA, and other engineers, to define, scope, and execute solutions that drives the heart of our business. You’ll also participate in rigorous code review process, mentoring junior engineers and aligning our code base on industry best practices.

What you'll do:

Work collaboratively on a dynamic team to deliver solutions to complex problems.

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code for high-reliability distributed systems.

Interface with product managers to align technical solutions on product requirements.

Daily design, development and debugging of local and remote systems.

Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Take ownership of complex projects and deliver solutions with unclear or incomplete requirements; drive them forward to fill the gaps.

Design scalable solutions in the ad tech space focused on the APIs and UIs that support our advertising and media owner clients.

You will split your time between scoping projects, assisting with architecture decisions, and hands-on development.

What experience we're looking for:

6-12+ years of experience in software development.

Experience with true full stack—from the database to CSS.

Expertise in Python, TypeScript, and React.

Experience with GoLang, Flask APIs, and AWS is a plus.

Experience with a formal code review process is a plus.

Experience with developing complex software systems with production quality deployment, monitoring and reliability, including providing off-hours on-call support.

Experience decomposing complex business requirements into a working solution.

Experience in ad tech is a plus.
