We are seeking a talented Senior Single Sign-On (SSO) Migration Engineer to lead the migration of our authentication systems to a unified SSO platform.  You will possess extensive experience in identity and access management, with a focus on SSO technologies. We support hybrid or remote hiring, and you will report to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Identity Services.

Responsibilities

Manage the migration of existing authentication systems to a single SSO platformDesign, implement, and maintain robust SSO solutions using industry-leading technologiesCollaborate with IT and security teams across organizations to integrate SSO with various applications and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SSO configurations and implementationsDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SSO processes and proceduresEnsure compliance with security policies, standards, and best practicesConduct regular assessments and audits of SSO systems to identify and mitigate risksProvide advanced training and support to end-users and technical staffInspire team members to technical excellence through mentoring and leading by exampleBuild relationships with technical leaders and decision-makers in other groups to enhance collaboration, information sharing, decision-making, and influenceParticipate actively in selected agile teams to design and implement key features, fix defects, etc

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experienceA minimum of 5 years of experience in identity and access management, specifically with SSO technologiesDemonstrable knowledge of migration of IAM solutions between organizations, both on public clouds (AWS or Azure) and on-premisesDeep understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, etc.)Extensive experience with SSO platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, Ping Federate or similarProficiency in scripting and programming languages (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, etc.)Robust knowledge of security standards and best practicesExceptional problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesProven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in a related fieldCertification in relevant technologies (CISSP, SSCP, etc.)Experience with cloud services and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)Knowledge of DevOps practices and toolsExperience in managing technical teams or projects
