As a Senior Manager in OCI, you will provide leadership to a dedicated team tasked with overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of projects within OCI for the service you own. Your role will involve ensuring that the team's objectives are consistently aligned with the broader organizational goals, maintaining a strategic focus on long-term stability and scalability, support for new product intake. Qualifications:

A BS or MS degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in people management, with a proven track record in managing large-scale critical service. Demonstrated expertise in distributed systems, messaging domains (Kafka, RabbitMQ), Kubernetes eco system Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit very strong engineering talent Demonstrated expertise in project management, dealing with competing priorities and able to manage multiple projects Sustainably scale systems through tooling and automation Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner to all audiences including senior leadership Results and driven; thrives in a development environment that is agile, collaborative, and in start-up mode, even when faced with ambiguity and competing priorities
