The Senior Software Developer will join a product development team that develops highly configurable software in a collaborative environment employing Agile development methodologies.  The focus for this position will be the design and development of the Passport Platform.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions:

Design and develop modifications and enhancements to core WK ELM Solutions software products in a team environmentDevelop core application frameworks for all of ELM’s product linesParticipate in continual improvement effortsMentor more junior or 3rd party contract resources in development best practices

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

B.S. in Computer Science preferred but will consider candidates with a bachelor’s degree in an equivalent discipline or those with relevant experience

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience with Object Oriented Development, preferably including Java in web application developmentMixed front-end and back-end skillsSQL Server experience or Oracle development experienceWeb development experience, JavaScript and Java server-side technologies (J2SE/J2EE)Experience with Spring, Spring MVC, HibernateExperience with Frontend Technologies - Angular or React JSExperience developing commercial, enterprise software
