About your role:
At Fiserv, we are dedicated to transforming financial services technology to benefit our clients. As a Software Developer on the Scrum Development and DevOps Team for the Fiserv Financial Institution Group, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. Using advanced software development concepts for core banking applications like responsive UX, open banking, and microservice APIs, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.

What you'll do:

Analyze complex processes and technological heterogenic applicationsDesign and develop software solutions and generate design documentsDesign and develop responsive UXDeliver end-to-end solutions for Banking APIDevelop high throughput and high-volume transaction APIs that can be consumed by omni channel platformsEnhance API solutions for easy consumption by Fintech companiesParticipate in the development of roadmap and strategies for documenting and presenting API specifications

Experience you'll need to have:

8+ years of development experience in Microsoft stack including C#, ASP.NET MVC and JavaScript in Agile methodology4+ years of experience building API using any of these technologies such as WCF, Web API. Understanding of RESTful APIExperience with implementing complex full stack solutions including digital and mobile systems, API, and microservices in large Enterprise organizationsExperience with automated testing, performance testing, unit testing (NUnit) and integration testing APIs (Postman, JMeter etc.)Experience with Databases and code integrations such as SQL Server, MySQLBachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or training or work experience

Experience that would be great to have:

Experience in modern JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS and/or AngularFamiliarity with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature), SSL, web service proxies, firewalls, multi-protocol gateways.Experience with private and/or public cloud infrastructuresExperience in implementing high volume transactions processing applications.CSS Preprocessor experience, understanding of CSS Modules and CSS-in-JS approachesUnderstanding fundamental differences between MVC vs. Flux (uni-directional) front-end architectureExperience in the financial services, banking industry

Salary Range

$108,900.00 - $186,800.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
