**Overview**
We’re looking for a Senior Social Planner to help shape and grow our Social offering at the heart of Leo Burnett, working alongside our Social, Editorial and Comms Planning experts. You’ll be leading social thinking on some of our most exciting and creatively ambitious accounts.
**Responsibilities**
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
+ You’ll set a clear vision for social across some of the UK’s biggest brands, bringing it to life with internal teams and partner agencies.
+ You’ll work closely with creatives, planners and account teams to develop populist ideas that people genuinely talk about and share.
+ You’ll help turn great creative thinking into bold, social-first work that lives and breathes on the right platforms.
+ You’ll stay on top of evolving formats, behaviours and cultures across social—always keeping ahead of what’s new and what works.
+ You’ll understand what success looks like on social and how to build campaigns that deliver real impact.
+ You’ll get the role social plays in brand-building and how it fits into the wider media and campaign mix.

+ You’ve got experience working in a digital or social team—whether that’s in-house or at an agency—and you know how to make things happen.
+ You’re full of energy and ideas, always ready to roll up your sleeves and push projects forward without needing to be asked.
+ You care about making social work that not only looks great but actually works—balancing creative flair with real commercial impact.
