Meet Our Team:

The Social Media team is responsible for managing the strategy and operations of Pega’s corporate social media channels, as well as managing the advocacy and social selling programs. We work closely with our Corporate Communications colleagues in the U.S. and UK to inform and influence staff on the company’s strategy, people, products, and culture.

What You'll Do at Pega: Manage the strategy for our corporate social media properties, including content creation, publishing, reporting, and operationsManage and maintain Pega’s social advocacy platform, ShareHubDevelop and maintain an analytics framework to measure social media effectiveness and ROI

What You've Accomplished: Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years communications experience in a professional settingA track record of effectively collaborating with diverse teams to accomplish project goalsAbility to work calmly, maintain good judgment, adapt quickly, and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong level of comfort in using and writing about technologyDemonstrated proficiency with MS Windows/MS Office ApplicationsKnowledge of video editing software, Sociabble, and Drupal CMS a plus
