Senior Social Media Specialist | Hybrid Work Setup

As a Senior Social Media Specialist, you will oversee social media marketing efforts by managing campaigns, creating and publishing content, and aligning strategies with business goals. Your role includes optimizing content for target audiences, tracking campaign performance, moderating online interactions, and maintaining brand reputation. You will also collaborate with teams, conduct social media audits, and adapt strategies based on analytics and insights to drive impactful results.

Manage Social Media Marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities, which includes the following: Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers; Create and execute social media strategy from thorough research and analysis of historical data; Generate, edit, and publish content and campaigns that translate the brand's goals and objectives; Understand the demands of the brand's audience to be able to optimize its content; Turn data into insights and recommendations that will help propel a brand's social media efforts; Contribute to the creation and execution of social media strategies designed to deliver results that meet client’s objectives; Speak with the company or client to set goals, provide updates, receive feedback, and present the final campaign. Ensure that all aspects of the campaign align with the needs of the client or company Moderate official business and community social media accounts, messages, and user-generated content based on established company and community policies; Publish and edit content on different social media platforms as aligned with the approved content calendar. Platforms include but are not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google My Business, and other emerging platforms. Monitor and track results of social campaigns and published content regularly through social listening, use of analytic tools, and social media insights platforms; Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written and audio/podcast); Perform social listening and social media audit; Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts; Leverage the right tools to manage social media content; Collaborate with the creatives and content team for campaign and content ideation; Create and manage an online response management funnel for building online engagement and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review timely and with care; Identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding the company. Report notable threats to appropriate management; and Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy and execution plan as needed. Contribute to campaign creation, especially for pitches, by generating creative and strategic ideas. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Work with different teams such as SEO, PPC, Creatives, Content, Mobile, and Web Dev’t Team to ensure that the social media content being produced are of high-quality and aligned to the expertise of the organization. Mentor and assist Junior Specialists within the same unit.
