Job Description
As a Senior Social Intelligence Consultant embedded within a fast-paced, brand-focused social analytics team at a leading global tech company, youll play a pivotal role in scaling data capabilities that power insights across social platforms and influencer ecosystems. Your day-to-day will include:
Working independently with social performance data (organic and paid) to build internal tools for evaluating influencer performance.
Analyzing social media data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate with strategy, creative, and client teams to define, refine, and evolve KPIs, metrics, and dimensions based on business needs.
Create visually impactful, intuitive dashboards and reports that clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.
Conduct statistical and correlation analyses to uncover deeper insights.
Write and execute SQL queries against proprietary data sources.
Explore new datasets and conduct marketplace research to support strategic initiatives.
Manage and fulfill ad-hoc reporting and research requests.
Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in digital and social analytics, including data collection methods.
Approach large datasets with curiosity, connecting the dots to uncover new understanding.

Skills and Requirements
57+ years of experience working with social media performance data, including both organic and paid metrics.
Proficiency in SQL and comfort writing and executing queries.
Demonstrated ability to present data confidently and effectively to stakeholders, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Proven experience creating dashboards and reports that are both visually compelling and insight-driven.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
Familiarity with major social platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter.
Comfortable accessing data from API endpoints. null
