As **Senior Social Creative Producer** , you will lead the end-to-end execution of Microsoft’s consumer-facing social content across key platforms including LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role offers a rare opportunity to lead social content production for Microsoft Copilot, Windows, Surface, Edge, and M365. You will oversee daily production workflows, manage complex delivery schedules, and serve as the central point of contact for creative production requests. This role demands deep expertise in translating strategic briefs into platform-optimized content, managing production budgets and vendor relationships, and ensuring all content adheres to Microsoft’s brand, accessibility, and legal standards. You’ll collaborate closely with agencies, internal creatives, and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns, cultural moments, and innovative storytelling formats to life driving engagement and elevating Microsoft’s presence across social channels. In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day. **Responsibilities** + Lead end-to-end production of social content – including video, campaigns, static content, and partnership content. + Oversee the daily production workflows, manage complex delivery schedules, and act as main point of content for creative production request for social. + Oversee production budget, manage budget, SOW, and production vendor bidding. + Translate strategic briefs into executable content plans optimized for platforms such as LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. + Collaborate with agencies, internal creators, and vendor partners to develop content for campaigns, organic channels, paid media, events, and key cultural moments. + Identify new storytelling formats, UGC opportunities, and test-and-learn pilots that resonate with Microsoft’s global audiences. + Produce frameworks, toolkits, and guidelines that enable Microsoft employees and partners to create consistent, strategic, and creatively effective social content. + Partner with social content strategist and integrated marketing leads to ensure content ladders to business priorities and resonates with audiences. + Own the production process: developing timelines, coordinating shoots, sourcing talent, securing approvals, and aligning compliance/legal requirements. + Translate audience signals, platform trends, and cultural insights into actionable creative treatments. Leveraging insights to improve content performance and influence future planning. + Serve as a trusted creative partner to stakeholders across teams, helping them bring content ideas to life within brand and platform parameters. + Implement creative and production internal processes & systems to ensure clear steps from brief to execution and delivery. + Ensure all content adheres to Microsoft brand, accessibility, and legal standards. + Embody our culture (https://careers.microsoft.com/v2/global/en/culture) and values (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/about) . **Qualifications** **Required/minimum qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years Content Production (e.g., digital, social media, campaign), or related work experience + OR equivalent experience. + 3+ years experience in Content Production, such as video, art and copywriting. **Additional or preferred qualifications** + Master's Degree in Arts, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field AND 2+ years Content Production (e.g., digital, social media, campaign), Content Production, or related experience + OR Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years Content Production (e.g., digital, social media, campaign), or related experience + OR equivalent experience. Integrated Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
