Job DescriptionWe've got an exciting opportunity for a Senior Social Content Manager to join our Emmy Award-winning Creative Social team, working with one of our partners - a leading global streaming service.
You'll create social media content on this key account with the help of a team of project managers, content manager, editors and designers. Reporting to the Social Content Director.
You will be part remote and part based in our Berlin office in Germany with some occasional evening and weekend work.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
The Senior Social Content Manager will lead on the development of the social media presence for our client, helping grow reach and engagement for their social channels with excellent creative and strategy.The Senior Social Content Manager will oversee the creation and management of content calendars for both paid and organic assets, and to create copy, and oversee the team's output. You will also work with social designers on the creation of assets, partnering with clients for reviews and approvals, working with our team to build and manage communities around a well-loved global brand.The Senior Social Content Manager will oversee creative brainstorming, community management, social copywriting, scriptwriting, short and long-form copywriting, reporting.Social Media Expertise: the Senior Social Content Manager will ensure they remain up to date with the new trends/behaviours and updates on social media to translate this to clients in a reactive and way, for both paid and organic content.Project management: Work with the integrated production and client management teams to ensure the success of on time and on budget, delivery of briefs. This will involve understanding and following internal processes including timing plans, content calendars, wash up reports. It includes working with clients and partners to receive briefs and main information, ensure they are made aware of all relevant information, and can input on important decisions and approval. This doesn't include financial accountability.Qualifications4+ years of experience on social media.Fluent in German and EnglishAn understanding of platform business managers and social media tools, i.e. Meta Business Manager and Sprinklr.Experience creating content for social media: static assets, short and long form video (Reels, TikTok and longer scripted pieces), GIFs, memes.Somebody with experience building online communities, especially for brands, and that understands fandom communities in social spaces.Experience working with talent on photo and video production shoots ( within a marketing shoot or junket environment).Experience covering live events.Additional Information
