Senior Sitework Project Manager
MAU is hiring a Senior Sitework Project Manager for our client, Landmark Construction, in Charleston, SC. As a Senior Sitework Project Manager, you will lead and manage complex sitework construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Benefits Package 401(k) retirement plan Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid holidays Paid time off Relocation bonus Annual bonus Shift Information Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience in heavy civil construction and site development Proven track record of managing large-scale sitework projects from conception to completion General Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record Availability to travel to various job sites as required Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations Experience with budget management, cost estimating, and fiscal reporting Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, AutoCAD, Civil 3D) Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction documents Strong negotiation skills with subcontractors and suppliers Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Competent in conflict and crisis management Familiarity with OSHA construction site safety standards and regulations Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Essential Functions Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of sitework construction projects from inception to completion Manage budgets, timelines, and project resources to ensure work is completed on time and within financial constraints Supervise and evaluate construction staff and subcontractors to meet quality standards and contractual requirements Coordinate with architects, engineers, and building specialists to meet project specifications and building codes Develop and implement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and regulatory bodies Communicate project progress and address concerns with clients, stakeholders, and team members Negotiate contracts and change orders with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Identify, mitigate, and manage risks impacting timelines, costs, or quality Ensure permits and licenses for construction are obtained and maintained Review and approve project designs, materials, and work schedules Implement quality control measures to ensure project expectations are met or exceeded Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution among team members and stakeholders Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, including budget and schedule updates Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
