Additionally, in 2024 we were awarded the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, which recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world._ **Requirements:** + Multiple Procurement projects, working with cross-functional teams and standard work to build and execute project implementation plans for productivity and continuous improvement projects. + Coordinating with commodity teams, materials, operations, engineering, finance, quality, and field operations to complete projects and achieve expected benefits within project timeline. + Investigate, coordinate and communicate project changes. + Identify gaps to goals and collaboratively develop and support countermeasures and activities to close the gap and exceed targets. + Manage reporting of Procurement financial metrics (forecast and actual) including productivity and inflation for responsible plants or projects + Coordinate continuous improvement ideation sessions for responsible plants. + Liason between Courcing Corporate & Ops plans + Develop project plan for plant operations + Lead project implementation on time, cost and performance established through Project Management Process + Lead project execution through performance (quality of execution) **Requires a Bachelor's degree and more 5 years of experience.** **We Celebrate Who We Are!** Allegion is committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
