Join a leading engineering firm as a Senior Site Project Planner for a significant construction project in Northern Germany, where your expertise will drive project success.

Role Overview

Provide detailed construction and commissioning input to align all input schedules. Assist with project construction, commissioning, execution planning, and contracting strategies. Prepare, review, and communicate installation sequencing, schedule timings, and resource requirements. Develop construction and commissioning workflows to support project execution. Liaise with engineers and Construction Management to maximize construction knowledge and experience. Utilize the constructability checklist to identify critical execution issues and assist with overall scheduling. Monitor shipping/delivery forecasts to ensure alignment with project schedules. Assist in setting realistic milestones for Sub-Contractors. Promote good working relations within Project Controls Teams and other departments. Engage with the Customer planner on all matters transparently.

Skills & Qualifications

Primavera P6: Proficient in using Primavera P6 planning application. Language Skills: Fluent in both German and English. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem Solving: Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Construction Knowledge: Experience with construction plans, specifications, and documentation. Schedule Analysis: Ability to track and analyze schedule variances effectively. Multi-Tasking: Experience managing multiple subcontractor plans simultaneously. Commissioning Processes: Strong understanding of commissioning processes and procedures.

Education & Experience

Experience: Minimum 15 years in construction/site-based EPCC planning roles. Technical Skills: Demonstrable experience with construction planning tools and methodologies.
