Senior Site Manager – MS Offsite (3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Position Profile

The Senior Site Manager is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations and staff at a Managed Services (MS) site. The role involves 80% management and 20% operational support. This individual ensures procedures are followed, customer expectations are met, and profit levels are maintained. The role includes high levels of customer interaction and oversees a team of 13+ employees or $80K+ in monthly service revenue at a single location.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Foster and maintain a positive and helpful work environment.

Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with coworkers and vendors.

Represent the company professionally in accordance with Ricoh’s Code of Ethics.

Effectively implement and manage Ricoh Service Excellence standards.

Ensure shift profitability by managing material and supply usage.

Control labor costs by meeting production labor and quality control targets.

Meet job quality and deadline standards through effective scheduling.

Act as the main point of contact for customers on a daily basis.

Train staff on workflow procedures and equipment operation when needed.

Assist in achieving audit and deadline compliance goals.

Improve employee retention by meeting turnover and tenure objectives.

Hold staff accountable for work quality and efficiency.

Ensure operational consistency through adherence to performance procedures.

Match staffing levels and skills to production demands.

Coordinate with sales to resolve pricing, ordering, and invoicing issues.

Motivate employees and recognize accomplishments promptly.

Provide clear communication on job expectations, coaching, and performance management.

Complete required site reports and administrative documentation.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Education, Experience & Certifications)

Required:

High school diploma or GED.

3+ years of experience in a related field.

Experience delivering both classroom and informal training.

Proficiency in operating advanced print/production equipment.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Goal-setting and prioritization skills.

Proficient in standard business software (e.g., MS Office).

Ability to stay current with industry technology and trends.

Working Conditions / Physical & Mental Demands

Office environment with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels.

Must interpret and apply complex information; prepare and communicate varied data.

Physical effort may include prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).

Moderate manual dexterity required (e.g., using tools, keyboarding, eye/hand coordination).
