Your Impact
As the Senior SHEQ Advisor you will –

Lead the implementation of SHEQ Management Plans across major contracts Drive compliance with legislation, standards, and best practices Due diligence to ensure the projects are set up for success Build sound relationships to effectively manage subcontractors Facilitate risk workshops and safety training that truly engage teams Investigate incidents and deliver actionable insights Champion mental and physical wellbeing programs Mentor SHEQ Advisors and collaborate with delivery teams, regulators and clients

 

What you will Bring

Tertiary qualifications in WHS, Environment or Quality ICAM investigation training (preferred) Lead auditor training (preferred) Current drivers licence and construction white card Strong experience in industrial safety, ideally within utilities or infrastructure A collaborative mindset and ability to influence across all levels Integrity, resilience and drive for excellence Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and meet tight deadlines
