We are seeking an experienced SharePoint / Power Platform developer to join us for a fulltime role in New Jersey. **Key Responsibilities:** • Lead full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities—analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support—for custom SharePoint/Power Platform applications in Agile environments. • Design, and develop business-critical applications using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online (SPO). • Integrate Power Platform apps with Microsoft 365 services and external systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and SPFx. • Provide support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for SharePoint and Power Platform applications, including end-user support and bug fixes. • Manage SharePoint Online migrations, ensuring preservation of customizations, data integrity, and user permissions. • Utilize tools like Sharegate for efficient SharePoint list, site, and data migrations. • Customize and optimize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, pages, and workflows according to business needs. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and user-friendly solutions. • Design, develop, and manage AI-powered Copilot experiences using Copilot Studio in Microsoft 365. • Govern and enforce best practices for Power Platform and SharePoint Online, including security, compliance, and performance optimization. • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all applications, customizations, configurations, and migration activities. • Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for SharePoint and Azure administration. • Monitor app performance and implement recommendations to improve functionality, scalability, and user experience. • Provide accurate time and effort estimates for development and project tasks. **Required Skills** • 8 plus years of relevant experience. Proven experience in implementing solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. • Experience in SPFx, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
