Establish and manage long-term engagement relations between the customer and SAP. Anticipation and identification of risks and top issues, including mitigation of potential escalations and critical situations. Documentation and reporting of engagement status to customer leadership and SAP internal Stakeholder Management (development, services, sales). **Education and Occupational Experience:** Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. **Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:** **Experience must involve four (4) years in the following:** + Customer-facing experience in managing complex customer engagements using SAP Services and Support methodology; + Planning and delivering engineering services for SAP architecture planning, system design evaluation, blueprint and system configuration assessment, performance optimization and system support; + Developing value propositions and roadmaps, and position and renewals for SAP services for customers; + Leading projects and services to build and develop SAP Customer Center of Expertise (CCoE) and Integrated Quality Management implementations; + Leading design, implementation, and change management projects using PMBOK, Agile and SAP Activate methodologies; and + ERP ECC, S/4 HANA, ABAP, HANA DB, BW, Solution Manager, and EWA. Experience must involve one (1) year in the following: + BI, BO, PI/PO, BTP, SAC, Ariba, SuccessFactors, GRC, and IDM. **Travel:** Position requires up to 60% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $135,600 - $230,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
