**Your day at NTT DATA**
As a Senior Services Architect at NTT DATA, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, helping to design Managed Services solutions across multiple technology domains. Your role is crucial in creating competitive, secure, and multi-year viable solutions, making you a key player in our value co-creation process with clients, sales, and delivery teams.
You will guide a virtual team of domain experts to develop secure service solutions, integrating technology and service design to meet client requirements. You'll work across multiple teams to validate new design features and delivery models, ensuring our service offerings remain cutting-edge and market competitive.
Your Responsibilities include leading the service design deliverables and interfacing with various teams and partners to ensure supportability. You'll be involved in mapping client requirements against proposed service elements and architectures, developing a consolidated statement of requirements, scope, and transition documents.
Supporting sales teams, you'll present architecture solutions that focus on cost savings and uncover growth opportunities for clients. You'll also share client outcomes and market conditions with stakeholders to help evolve our strategies and develop innovative solutions for the future, mentoring and coaching along the way.
You will manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth service delivery transitions. Your role will be critical in identifying all service costs, populating cost models accurately, and securing signoffs from relevant stakeholders.
**To thrive in this role, you need to have:**
Advanced knowledge of Managed Services and delivery models, including cloud and global distributed delivery models. Certification in TOGAF advantageous. Proficiency in Application and Cloud/Infrastructure Managed Services. Advanced knowledge of emerging technological trends, Managed Services Integration, Cloud Network Services, and platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP. Strong background in **Managed Network Services** , including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking. Ability to work with costing models alongside sales and finance stakeholders.

+ Strong background in **Managed Network Services** , including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking.
+ Familiarity with **network security** principles and technologies.
+ Ability to work with **cross-functional teams** and lead virtual architecture teams.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Certifications such as **TOGAF** , **Cisco (CCNP/CCIE)** , cloud network certifications are add advantage.
+ A bachelor’s degree in information technology/systems or a related field.
+ **Solution Design:** Develop competitive, innovative, and complex Managed Network solutions tailored to client needs.
+ **Architecture Development:** Create multi-year, scalable, and secure network architectures that align with business goals.
+ **Client Engagement:** Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
+ **Cost Modeling:** Build and validate business cases, including detailed cost models for proposed solutions.
+ **Vendor Management:** Coordinate with technology vendors to ensure solution components are viable and supportable.
+ **Documentation:** Prepare architecture blueprints, statements of work, and transition plans.
+ **Innovation:** Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., SD-WAN, SASE, cloud networking) and incorporate them into solution designs.
+ 8+ years of experience in network architecture or related roles.
+ Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise-grade network solutions.
+ Experience in **global delivery models** and **multi-vendor environments** .
