Your role is crucial in creating competitive, secure, and multi-year viable solutions, making you a key player in our value co-creation process with clients, sales, and delivery teams. You will guide a virtual team of domain experts to develop secure service solutions, integrating technology and service design to meet client requirements. You'll work across multiple teams to validate new design features and delivery models, ensuring our service offerings remain cutting-edge and market competitive. Your Responsibilities include leading the service design deliverables and interfacing with various teams and partners to ensure supportability. You'll be involved in mapping client requirements against proposed service elements and architectures, developing a consolidated statement of requirements, scope, and transition documents. Supporting sales teams, you'll present architecture solutions that focus on cost savings and uncover growth opportunities for clients. You'll also share client outcomes and market conditions with stakeholders to help evolve our strategies and develop innovative solutions for the future, mentoring and coaching along the way. You will manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth service delivery transitions.
