Job Summary:
Lead service project and supervise a team to carry out site execution and ensure effective and efficient management and implementation of site projects assigned to the group. Deliver and close Service projects within the customer expected schedule and within project budget. Remotely assisting customers and Service colleagues in solving Vibration Protection/Monitoring System, Overspread Protection System, and Excitation system problems.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provide technical solutions to the Reliability Solution System, Plant asset management and equipment’s performance to meet customers’ specific application.
Reliability Solution System solving and Modification at customers’ site.
Field maintenance and repair of equipment at customers’ site
Conduct Training to customers, provide technical instruction and assistance to customers regarding the installation, commissioning, operation, repair and maintenance of the Reliability Solution System.
Provide feedback to divisions on customers’ experience, division products quality issue and any improvement suggestion
Timely submission of service report and solutions provided to the customers.
Assignment product specialist with Process Level for support Process System and Solutions Thailand and agree with service or specialist of Emerson Asia Pacific.
Design & implementation of Vibration Monitoring System and Program
Work with BU Leader to support Selling in Country
Responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress reports, quality and reviews.
Must Know-hows: Vibration Protection/Monitoring System and Overspread Protection System, PdM Technology, Certified as Vibration Analysis CATII for Rotating Equipment, Basic principle of Rotating Equipment in energy and process industry

For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum 3 years as Service engineering role with ac experience in Vibration Protection/Monitoring System and Overspread Protection System, PdM Technology.
Strong technical knowledge of Vibration Protection/Monitoring System and Overspread Protection System.
Experience (minimum required)
Good knowledge of and excitation systems.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Degree/ Diploma in engineering team (Mechanical, Instrumentation or related).
Strong analysis and improvement skills
Good supervision skills.
Good collaboration, communication skills
Proficient in English (spoken and written) and an excellent communicator.
Knowledge of safety practices and procedures.
Capable of describing and detailing overall test strategy
