About the Role

 

Lead Service Coordination at Our New Hazelmere Assembly Facility!

 

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Service Coordinator to step into a leadership-focused role within our growing team at our brand-new assembly facility in Hazelmere. This is a pivotal moment in our growth, and your leadership will directly support the success of our operations during this critical phase.
In this dynamic role, you’ll not only provide key support and supervision across our Assembly/ Builds and Warranty Administration teams, you’ll also take the lead in driving improvements, mentoring others, and guiding commercial and operational processes. You’ll be responsible for streamlining workflows, managing supplier and contractor relationships, and ensuring that all administrative functions support smooth, efficient, and audit-ready operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•    Lead supplier sourcing and tendering processes, securing competitive quotes for goods and services
•    Support and guide cost sheet analysis and reconciliation to uncover efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities
•    Monitor and manage Work in Progress (WIP) across multiple active assembly projects
•    Oversee and coordinate facility maintenance contractors, ensuring full compliance with safety and audit standards
•    Provide support and leadership to your team members, sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration

About You

 

What We’re Looking For:

•    Qualifications in Business Administration or a related field (desirable)
•    Experience interpreting supply contracts and tender documentation (advantageous)
•    Strong attention to detail and confident communication across stakeholders
•    Proven ability to multitask, stay organised, and uphold high standards under pressure
•    A leadership mindset — proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable taking ownership
