Pega is staying on the cutting edge of technology, this is your chance to get your hands on working on leading technologies to solve interesting problems. **Senior Service Assurance Advisor, Modernization** , in this role, you’ll help Pega’s customers successful and in ensuring that they have the best experience using Pega Cloud services. He / She will work with customer teams or Pega’s partners to ensure a seamless migration and upgrade experience for the customer. It is also an endeavour of the migration service team to build automation into the migration process with tools and accelerators. **What You'll Do at Pega:** 60% Operational Execution & Client Engagement + Support operational components identified through TAM engagements with Pega clients. + Own execution of predefined micro-journeys that aim to assess and improve clients’ operational excellence. + Collaborate with client-facing teams to clarify objectives, coordinate deliverables, and track success metrics. + Act as the execution engine to ensure follow-through on action items coming out of TAM-led assessments. + Ensure quality and consistency in deliverables by building and applying reusable operational patterns. + Interface with internal teams (SAA, CloudOps, Product) for data gathering, alignment, and delivery. 20% Pattern Development and Knowledge Sharing + Identify repeatable tasks and define standardized approaches for operational micro-journeys. + Document best practices and help build operational playbooks that enhance client experience. + Provide feedback to continuously improve TAM engagement methodology and supporting assets. 10% Stakeholder Collaboration + Collaborate with GSA, TAMs, and CloudOps teams to ensure operational tasks align with client goals. + Proactively flag blockers and escalate issues where support or prioritization is needed. 10% Continuous Learning and Innovation + Stay curious and develop expertise in Pega capabilities, operational models, and client use cases. + Participate in enablement sessions and work closely with SMEs to enhance your understanding of Pega’s product stack and client-facing operations **Who You Are:** **Senior Service Assurance Advisor, TAM Operations** is a highly driven technical customer– facing professional who possesses initiative, a positive and resourceful mindset, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change. The individual is an organized self-starter with tenacity, drive, and enjoys working in a collaborative fast-paced environment to ensure swift resolution of issues and an exceptional customer experience.
