Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Server Analyst to join a large North American power generation company, working 3 days a week on-site in Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta, for a 3-month contract with a high possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be working alongside the cybersecurity team, supporting servers and related infrastructure in cloud and on-premises environments by leading designs and implementing new products while determining the environments and potential risks. Skills and Requirements - 5-7+ years supporting Servers and related infrastructure in cloud and on-premises environments. - 5+ years leading net new implementations and involved in design - Experience with Microsoft Azure and Hyper-V - Experience with Linux - Experience migrating on-prem infrastructure to a cloud Hybrid DR environment. - Experience within Cybersecurity and understands how to identify risk when implementing new products - Experience with VMware and AWS - Red Hat and/or other Linux certifications - Experience with Hyper or Silver Fort - Experience with automation tools like Azure Automation or Ansible. - Background working at enterprise-level organizations (utilities/ oil and gas is a plus) - Diploma or degree in information systems.
