We are seeking a Senior Seller, specialist in CHVAC Modernization and upgrade solutions, for the Swedish territory who has technical and sales skills/experience in building and growing solution business for us.
**Job responsibilities:**
· Proactively identifies and prospects for modernization and upgrade projects to include identifying bid opportunities, preparing bid responses, creating presentations, and negotiating contracts with potential customers
· Manages a pipeline of sales opportunities through qualification, proposal, quote management, and booking of the work to achieve Orders and Gross Margin targets
· Provide accurate forecasting of orders on a monthly and quarterly basis
· Grow an assigned territory or group of accounts with the sale of Carrier's modernization and upgrade offerings, and teaming with other salespeople responsible for Service Agreements, Repair, & Controls to deliver top tier value for our customers.
· Work closely with the strategic account teams across the Carrier organization to support Service Modernizations growth and share.
· Develop long term relationships and partnerships with customers via consultative sales methods
· Create Territory plans to help facilitate annual sales and gross margin targets while providing customers with superior value and service
· Utilize sales tools effectively (CRM - SalesForce, estimating software, etc.) to plan and document progress as well as increase business opportunity within accounts
· Execute customer campaigns and key initiatives in line with the Product Teams priorities
· Implement the modernization sales installation processes (solution selling) by working directly with field management on modernization projects and coordinating activities and information concerning the modernization of all equipment
**Education / Qualification** **:**
· Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a university degree, combined with several years prior relevant experience
· Mechanical sales experience required (Solution selling)
· Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
**Skills** **:**
· Ability to work in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment
· Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
· Self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
· Comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software
· Outstanding sales/negotiation skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills
· Frequent travelling within the territory to end users and service partners
· Driving license / Fluent Swedish & English
· Experience & knowledge of Energy Audits and controls/automation is an advantage.
