We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners mission objectives. 

 

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Security Specialist, Senior. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office (TOBO), located in Wiesbaden, Germany.  This position is located OCONUS. 

 

Responsibilities: 

Key Responsibilities: 

Provides administrative processing of contractor personnel and contractor access 

Participates in discussions on security requirements (e.g., building access, badges, Common Access Cards (CACs)), and provides inputs for status reports, technical status meetings, reports, and requests as applicable 

Participates in the coordination of personnel gains, losses, and status (e.g., Status of Forces, security clearance) 

Participates in contractor security-related assessments and evaluations 

Reviews, tracks, and monitors contractor security clearance processing activities with appropriate Government personnel to achieve appropriate clearance actions 

Advises contractor staff on proper document profiling and customization, markings, and dissemination, including Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) procedures 

Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments 

Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge 

May supervise others  

Qualifications: 

Required:  

BA/BS +8-12 years of experience 

Possess a TS/SCI clearance with the ability to retain. 

Certification - CGRC/CAP or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+ or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC 

Possesses mastery of security protocols and procedures, preferably in Government or contractor environments.  

Possesses comprehensive knowledge of personnel security processes, including clearance procedures, access management, and status tracking across complex organizational structures.  

Exhibits expert-level understanding of security-related assessments, evaluations, and compliance with regulations and document classification procedures.  

Displays advanced proficiency in administrative tasks related to contractor personnel processing and high-impact security clearance coordination.  

Shows exceptional communication and leadership skills for advising staff and potentially supervising security teams.  

Displays extensive experience in applying expert technical knowledge to resolve complex security challenges in Government-related settings.

Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards 

Experience with DoD IT security requirements

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$75,200 - 158,100 USD
