Leidos is looking for a Scrum Master to join our team responsible for the integration, operations, and sustainment of various operational and in-development systems. This position will help lead a team made up of cyber security engineers tasked with keeping all our systems compliant with geospatial-intelligence agency policies. This includes also managing cyber security tasking across all task orders on program, working meticulously with our cyber security manager and program leadership with additional responsibility covering various briefings to internal and external stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
Help manage team and program roadmapsDrive the daily execution of an agile engineering teamHelp define, document, and track the completion of Epics, Stories, Tasks, and BugsCommunicate with other Scrum masters, program leadership, customer, and development teams to report on status, blockers, etc.Run agile meetings such as daily scrum, retrospectives, and planningRemove impediments that disrupt delivery of tasking for the teamEnsure each team member is working to full dedicated capacityBasic Qualifications
Requires BS degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience, and 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projectsActive Top Secret Clearance and the ability to achieve TS/SCI with Poly post hireAgile Development knowledge and experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsProblem solving skills, and strong analytical skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail Capacity to work well in groups and the ability to lead a team.Preferred Qualifications
SAFe Agile Certification/Scrum Master CertificationCompTIA Security+Jira/Confluence collaboration tools experienceGeospatial Experience including tools such as ArcGISProven ability to identify and remove blockers and impedimentsNIST, A&A, RMF, XACTA, Vulnerability Management, CONMONCome break things (in a good way). Then build them smarter.
