Senior Security Engineer IS – Identity & Access Management
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Security Engineer with a passion for Authentication and Identity technologies to join our Enterprise Security & Infrastructure organization. The ideal candidate has experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide identity solutions. A successful engineer in this role will maintain awareness of new security and authentication trends, research, evaluate, design, and recommend technical security solutions for the enterprise.
Security Engineers are responsible for researching, evaluating, and designing technical security solutions for the enterprise in support of the Enterprise Security & Infrastructure (ESI); providing technical security assessment support; developing, maintaining, and monitoring an effective Information Security program to provide logical and physical protection of the company's technical resources. Enterprise accountabilities include executing security engineering practices for IS projects; conduct product research and participate in the selection process of technologies to support security requirements; establish technical security guidance, provisioning of access by ensuring the proper access to all types of enterprise applications and data communications systems and services for each customer.

Flexibility to work a rotational on-call schedule to support system availability, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure continuity of IT operations outside of standard business hoursFlexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience 5 or more years of related experienceExperience collaborating on:Security solution designs for the TCP/IP protocol suiteLAN/WAN technologiesSwitchingRoutingVoIP and Telephony technologiesFirewalls and VPNIntrusion prevention systems (IPS)Vulnerability assessment and patch management toolsFunctional experience designing security controls and countermeasures for operating systems, databases, applications, web services, user devices, and wireless networks
Preferred Qualifications:
Upon Hire: CISSP, CEH, or equivalent Experience working in a Healthcare environment5 or more years of Identity and Access Management experienceCoding / Scripting experienceExperience supporting 10,000 or more accounts in an enterprise environmentSubject matter expert in Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, SSO, MFA, Enterprise Application and Application Registration, RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access Policies, PKI, Imprivata EAMAutomation using PowerShell, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Graph API, AIAgile SCRUM, scrum master experienceStrong problem solving, troubleshooting and root cause diagnosis skillsStrong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
