About the Role
This position is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support as well as business support in Group Innovation Office.Roles and Responsibilities:
Secretarial & Administrative Support
Provide full secretarial support to the teamArrange meetings, tele-conferences and video conferencesHandle filings and records retentionArrange business travel and expense claimsSupport administrative duties such as stationery orders, general office maintenance etc.Maintain accurate records in staff movements and act as coordinator for onboarding and exit etc.Business Support
Consolidate business reports and presentation decksMaintain documents on sharepoint or departmental intranetAssist in the preparation of general business communicationsOrganize logistics for business events and functions and provide onsite support as neededOrganize staff engagement activities such as townhall, recreational gatherings etc.Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks when requiredAssist in coordinating and tracking project timelines, meetings, and deliverables to support smooth execution of office initiatives.Minimum Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree holderMinimum of 5 years solid secretarial / administrative experience, preferably with multinational companiesProficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Chinese word processing, Excel and PowerpointGood interpersonal and communication skillsMature, self-initiated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work independentlyTeam plater with efficiency and effectiveness of high standardsBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
