We're seeking a Senior Software Development Manager to lead our 3rd Party Supply Quality (3PSQ) and Traffic Quality Integrations & Activations (TIA) programs within Amazon's Advertising Supply Quality organization. This critical leadership role, you will lead development of advertiser facing pre-bid controls and post-impression products across traffic quality, viewability, brand safety, and contextual segments from 3P vendors. Besides this, you will also lead the code engineering initiative that safeguards Amazon Advertising business mitigating invalid traffic (IVT) and low-quality supply (LQS) by leveraging advanced solutions developed by science and forensics. The role combines strategic vision, technical expertise, and business acumen to enhance advertiser trust, improve ad performance, and safeguard Amazon's multi-billion dollar advertising business across Amazon DSP and Sponsored Ads.

Success in this position requires extensive collaboration across the organization and with external partners. You'll work closely with Product, Business Development, Legal, Privacy, and Finance teams to align external capabilities with Amazon's goals. You'll partner with industry-leading vendors and ad servers to develop sophisticated detection models, interface with client-facing teams to address quality concerns, and engage with industry partners and standard-setting organizations to influence best practices. The role demands someone who can navigate complex stakeholder relationships, influence and drive technical excellence across multiple teams while maintaining strong relationships with external partners and vendors.


Key job responsibilities
* Define and execute the strategic vision for the responsible programs, including architectural transformations to support vendor products and industry-leading invalid traffic detection

* Lead development of privacy-safe integration solutions for third-party vendors and ad servers, balancing performance, scalability, and data protection

*Develop strategic partnerships with industry-leading vendors and represent Amazon in industry forums

* Provide technical expertise and leadership throughout the product life cycle, influence software engineering best practices for your team and own operational metrics and excellence.
