About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our growing Agile team. In this role, you will serve as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams operating within a Scrum delivery model. 

Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and refinement session. Champion Scrum and/or SAFe practices, tailoring approaches to meet team and organizational needs.Empower teams to take ownership of delivery and decision-making, while guiding them to self-organize.Identify and remove impediments at the team and program level, escalating when needed.Foster psychological safety and support healthy team dynamics and collaboration.Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, UX, and stakeholders to align on goals and priorities.Drive transparency through information radiators (e.g., dashboards, Jira boards, team metrics).Encourage exploration of emerging tools like GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or others that can streamline workflow and spark innovationWhat You'll BringTotal 6+ Years. Relevant 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master Deep understanding of Scrum, with hands-on experience supporting SAFe environmentsTrack record of building high-performing, transparent, and collaborative Agile teamsProficient in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence etc.)Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skillsScrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master) requiredTechnical background or experience working closely with engineering and productCuriosity about applying AI responsibly in Agile delivery
