About the Role:
As a Senior Scrum Master, you'll engage in advanced technology projects and play a significant part in achieving team objectives. Your contributions will drive the success of our IT initiatives and enhance our organisational capabilities.

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Responsibilities:

Lead delivery for 2-3 engineering teams; prior experience handling engineering teams.Run Agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.Apply Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban; choose and evolve the right workflow.Keep the backlog healthy with the PO (prioritization, refinement, DoR/DoD).Remove blockers quickly; coordinate cross-team dependencies.Track and improve metrics (velocity, throughput, WIP, lead time, cycle time); maintain Jira/ADO boards.Plan and coordinate releases; align with CI/CD and change management.Coach teams on Agile practices, quality, and continuous improvement.Communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders.Able to work overlapping hours across time zones; flexible during critical events.
