We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative and collaborative **Senior Scientist** to join our Research PK and Sample Analyses group within the Therapeutic Proteins department. You will design and drive in-vivo PK screening of therapeutic antibody candidates in collaboration with our Therapeutic Focus Areas. **As a Senior Scientist, a typical day might include the following:** + Designing, planning, and independently performing in-vivo experiments + Developing and optimizing various immunoassays from scratch + Documenting experimental procedures and results in a well-organized fashion and generating experimental reports + Synthesizing results across experiments and programs in presentations and present to colleagues and senior management, including clinical and regulatory teams + Collaborating closely with multiple teams across Research & Development **This role might be for you if:** + You are flexible and able to shift with changing priorities + You have strong time management and organizational skills + You are excited to collaborate within the group and work cross functionally with groups across Research and Development + You have excellent verbal and written communication skills + You can work productively in a fast-paced collaborative team environment **In order to be considered for this role,** you must have at least a Ph.D. and 0-4+ years of relevant experience or a BS/MS and 8-10+ years of relevant experience in Immunology, Biochemistry or a related field. Industry experience is preferred. Must have experience working in-vivo including dosing, bleeds, injections, tissue harvesting, etc. We need someone with experience in immunoassay development for determining antibody levels from ex vivo samples, such as sandwich/ligand binding ELISAs.
