We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scientist to lead scientific innovation and customer collaboration within the household care sector. This role is pivotal in driving the development of enzyme-based detergent solutions that deliver exceptional performance and sustainability.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead scientific initiatives and customer engagements to advance household care technologies.Collaborate cross-functionally with global R&D, formulation centers, marketing, and sales teams.Develop and optimize detergent systems through deep understanding of ingredients, formulations, and processes.Design and deliver innovative technical solutions that create measurable customer value.Work extensively with enzymes in detergent formulations; experience with solid formats is a strong plus.Conduct advanced data analysis using statistical tools and translate findings into actionable insights.Build expertise in ingredient interactions and their synergy with enzyme technologies.Independently manage technical projects and mentor junior scientists.Foster a collaborative, agile, and sustainability-focused work environment.Preferred QualificationsStrong experience in detergent formulation, including liquids and unit dose formats.Proven experience with enzyme-based formulations.Excellent communication and project management skills.Strong experimental design and analytical capabilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment.Familiarity with agile methodologies and product ownership is a plus.Why Join Us?Be part of a leading innovator in sustainable biotechnology.Work in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment that values digital innovation and environmental impact.Opportunity to shape the future of household care through science and customer-centric solutions.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $61.00/hr.
