Description - Lead scientific progress and customer interactions within the household care sector. - Collaborate with global teams in R&D, formulation centers, marketing, and sales. - Develop and apply ingredient, formulation, and process understanding for detergent systems. - Deliver innovative services and technical solutions that create significant customer value. - Work with enzymes in detergent formulations; experience with solid detergent formats is a plus. - Perform data analysis using advanced statistical tools and generate technical reports. - Build expertise in ingredient interactions and their synergy with enzyme-based solutions. - Independently lead technical projects and mentor junior team members. - Contribute to a collaborative, agile work environment with a focus on sustainability and digital innovation. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $61.00/hr.
