Job Purpose

The R&D chemist will be responsible to develop the silicone based new products and technologies for Electronics applications.

Responsibilities

Design and develop new silicone materials for global Electronics industry

Validate the efficacy of new products by laboratory testing using industry standard or customer specific end use test methods.

IP filing and monitoring with IP department

Work closely with regional and global technical experts and leverage technical expertise/specialty

Launch the new products/technologies with cross-functional team
 

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's Qualifications at Chemistry or Material Science

High motivations to develop new products to global customers with sense of urgency and ownership

Good in communication skills and teamwork with colleagues

Verbal and written English communication skills.

Better to have > 2 years of relevant experiences of product development at Electronics industry
