Responsibilities:

Lead and execute research projects focused on advanced analytical characterization for LNP formulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative technologies to trailblaze the discovery of new LNP technologies and therapeuticsEstablish and maintain productive collaborations and oversee and coordinate projects with CROsStay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in LNP formulation and analysis.Mentor junior scientists and contribute to the development of innovative solutions in LNP research.
