Main Responsibilities:

Support flow cytometry-related needs of the Antibody Discovery group.

Perform B cell and yeast FACS experiments using BD FACSAria

Responsible for routine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of instruments

Stay up to date with the latest advances in flow cytometry technology.

Identify efficiency improvements and make innovative contributions to the group.

About You

Ph.D. with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or BS/MS with more than 6 years of relevant experience

Extensive experience with flow cytometry analyzers and sorters.

Ability to maintain and calibrate flow cytometry instruments.

Experience sorting antigen-specific B cells.

Background working with antibody discovery platforms.

Experience with flow-based assays (e.g., cell binding)

Strong organizational skills

The salary range for this position is:

$100,500.00 - $145,166.66
